 The home is nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, in a gorgeous neighborhood of historic estates and beautiful walking routes. Just a 3-minute walk away is Larchmont Village—a bustling and charming village center offering a twice-weekly farmers market, outdoor cafés, some of the city's best bakeries, and more.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a saltwater swimming pool.  Built in 1924, the house is full of character and charm.  The 1,600-square-foot space is adorned with art, equipped with a desk in each bedroom, and features a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also find a few personal touches to make your stay extra special, along with cleared drawers and plenty of closet space for you to settle in.

Please Note: A dear friend lives in the guesthouse, which is close to the main house (as seen in the photos). He's a professional who travels often, and when home, he’s very courteous and makes great company for a backyard glass of wine. Please inquiry to see if its also available.

Step outside to the front patio or the lovely backyard, where you'll discover a deep saltwater swimming pool along with a deck, patio, and BBQ. (Please note, while the pool stays naturally warm in summer, there is an extra charge for heating in the winter months.)
